The Viking Hotel’s restaurant is elevated on the 1st floor with expansive sea views from the bay windows, offering an impressive framed snap-shot of the Blackpool coast making it truly unique among seafront hotels.
There will be a choice of 4 hot & cold starters, plus two soups and a salad buffet for guests to help themselves to. For dessert, there are two hot and three cold options with a selection of ice cream, cream and other toppings on offer.
For the main course, sit back and relax as your server will take the order and bring the food to your table. Breakfast remains the same where guests are able to help themselves to their favorites, from cereals and fruit to a full English breakfast and toast. Tea and coffee is served to your table.
