The Viking Hotel’s Restaurant Manager, Sheila Duxbury has been with Choice Hotels in Blackpool for over 20 years, moving from the Cliffs Hotel in 1991. Sheila, her supervisors and friendly team of waiting on staff are always on hand to welcome you and show you to your table, which is yours for the duration of your stay at the Viking Hotel.

The Viking Hotel’s Head Chef is Andy Mills who has almost 40 years experience with Choice Hotels in Blackpool, moving to the Viking Hotel from the Claremont Hotel in 1991.

The Viking Hotels’ restaurant offers not only one of the best restaurant experiences, but also one of the best menus in Blackpool, with produce being locally sourced wherever possible. The menu features three course dinners, with seven starters, four main courses and seven sweets.
